Principal | Director

Janine Santella, specialising in property conveyancing since 1988, having a positive attitude in offering friendly and unforgettable service experience. With extensive experience in the real estate market, Janine has completed a wide range of residential and rural settlements, including subdivisions and off-the-plan purchases. Janine has a Certificate of Settlement Agency procedures and Advanced Certificate of Business Real Estate, demonstrating her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and contract law. Clients continue to return to Action Conveyancing due to quality customer service, industry experience, and passionate work ethic.

Conveyancing Assistant

Maria Giallorenzo has been part of the team at Action Conveyancing for over 9 years, with over 30 years of conveyancing experience. Maria is a licensed conveyancer with high attention to detail, specialising in PEXA preparation and the composing of legal documents required for settlement.



Personal Assistant

Layla Santella joined Action Conveyancing in 2023 to assist Janine with internal operations and marketing. Layla assists with contract data entry and acts as liaison to all involved parties. Although being new to the industry, Layla is always happy to help clients with quotes and inquiries.



Senior Administrator

Valerie Frisina has over 40 years of real estate and property management experience. Valerie has been part of the team for 4 years assisting Action Conveyancing in administrative duties, accounting and bookkeeping, and post-settlement processes.
