Action Conveyancing was first established in 1990 to offer uniquely personal settlement services to our clientele. Our team have more than 40 years of combined experience in the industry and pride ourselves on our efficient and professional one-on-one service. Action Conveyancing is a family owned and operated business and we handle every aspect of property settlement including the transfer of property, conveying land.

In conveyancing bigger is not necessarily better. The difference between Action Conveyancing and other players in the marketplace is that we are a small company and emphasise the importance of handling every aspect of the settlement personally from start to finish. All our clients deal directly with the company's owner Janine Santella throughout the process and have access to her extensive industry experience in both settlement and the real estate industry.
